HOME Enrollment guidance Flow of procedure of the enrollment 1. Decide the date and the time of the trial lesson. We will ask your name, musical background and experience in the trial lesson. * First, please feel free to inquire about mutually available times. >> inquiry 2. You can get a feel for the classroom in the trial lesson. The fee of the trial lesson is from 2,500yen for 30 minutes. We provide a maximum of 90 minute lessons. -Taking a trial lesson is not a must, but is a nice way to ease into furthering your music abilities and appreciation. 3. We will explain about guidance and lesson policies in the trial lesson. 4. In case that you continue to take lessons, we will ask you to fill in and turn in the application. Lesson Fee Lessons are offered from a choice of three courses of different payment: Two kinds of monthly fixed fees and a flexible reservation course. 1. To students who take the fixed fee course; The lessons are held 44 times a year from January through December. The lesson charges are as follows: _ 7,000yen for 30min, _ 9,000yen for 45min, _11,000yen for 60min, _13,000yen for 75min. 2. To students who take the flexible reservation course; Should you wish to reserve each lesson every time, or every term. Payment is required as soon as reservations are made. The lesson charges are as follows: _ 2,500yen for 30min. _ 3,500yen for 45min. _ 4,500yen for 60min. _ 5,500yen for 75min. _ 6,500yen for 90min. 3. To students who take the weekly fixed fee course; Lessons are basically held every week on the same day/at the same time without any days off. Participation in musical events –competitions, examinations etc. counts as one lesson. Wisteria Piano Class guarantees the '51 times per year (Jan-Dec)' schedule that already includes some make-up lessons offered on different days. The lesson charges are as follows: _ 9,500yen for 30min, _12,500yen for 45min, _15,500yen for 60min, _18,500yen for 75min. Note: We don’t have a system of raising the fees as levels increase. Administrative expenses: - There is a 9,000yen enrollment fee per student, however, in the case of two people or more in the same family signing up on the same day, the additional person would be charged only half of the fee. This charge is used for upkeep, purchasing equipment, research expenses and conference fees etc. We don’t receive monthly maintenance and utility fees. - Please note that the above prices do not include materials or participation fees for musical events.
